VoiceRite launches IBM® Sametime® Unified Telephony (SUT) Services

VoiceRite has been validated as one of the first IBM Partners to provide strategy and analysis, design, implementation and operation of Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony (SUT) for IBM and VoiceRite customers.

SUT includes phone presence awareness, intelligent call management, and works with multiple, mixed telephone systems. This software adds the ability to access and manage telephone communications through the Sametime or Lotus Notes® client.
