VoiceRite and partner Telsource will be showing for the first time, Bank Connect, a branch telephone application for banks offering priority service to premier customers. Come by the Telsource booth # 815 and get a demo of Bank Connect showing priority customer calls differentiated with a special ring and flashing buttons on the Cisco phone. You will also see customers information screen pop on the Cisco phone and the Customer Service PC screens. Branch managers will want to get a demo of the Management Dashboard showing active customer calls as well as historical information about customer call activity into the branch.

VoiceRite's Retail Connect has successfully completing the Ready for IBM Retail Integration Framework validation process. IBM Retail Integration Framework is an enterprise software architecture designed to help retailers accelerate the implementation of new customer focused strategies. For example, the new framework, which is based on a service oriented architecture (SOA) strategy, could help retailers rapidly introduce new product assortments and provide a unique multi-channel customer experience whether a consumer is shopping online, in a store, at a kiosk or through any other sales channel including mobile devices. 7/05/2008 - Blackberry Client released for IBM UM
VoiceRite has added the RIM Blackberry Client to it's list of client choices for IBM Unified Messaging. Now Blackberry users get the same visual voice mail, incoming call control and other features as the users of the Lotus, Web, Desktop and Cisco phone Clients.From their Blackberry devices, users can access voice mail messages, preferences, greetings and to delete, save, play, forward and reply to messages on their mobile device. Actions taken on the Blackberry device are synchronized to the unified messaging server so that users are managing a single voice mailbox. The VoiceRite Mobile Client is available on BlackBerry® Curve™ 8300, BlackBerry® Pearl™, BlackBerry® 8800, BlackBerry® 8830 World Edition. |

8/5/2007 - Collier County parents use speech to find school bus stops
For District School Board of Collier County, the start of a new school year brings the inevitable deluge of calls from parents to determine their Child's school bus route. Thanks to the new Bus Route Locator system, parents speak the name of the school and they are automatically routed to the appropriate transportation office. The solution runs on the Cisco Integrated Services Router and a generic Web server where the IBM WebSphere Voice Server listens to parents calls and recognizes the name of the school. |
