Chief Architect for Unified Communications (UC) Client Applications

Location

Leads the design and development of our current and new UC Products which integrate with Lotus and Cisco UC and Social Business platforms. The individual must have a passion for learning new technologies and a track record of successful design and development. As an Architect they will be working with a Group of engineers that leverage Eclipse and Web 2.0 standards JavaScript / AJAX / CSS.

Technical Qualifications:
· Lead New Product development joint project at IBM
· SWT and Eclipse plug-in development
· 2+ years end-user application UI (thick/thin clients)

· Integration with Lotus Products Sametime, Connections and Notes
· Relocation to Ft. Lauderdale area
· UI design Java / Web 2.0 (JavaScript / AJAX / CSS)
· Web Services Client & Service side (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, Axis)
· JSP/Servlets with MVC Design

Responsibilities:
• Architect and design a new Web 2.0 VoiceRite Software in the area of Social Software and Unified Communications
• Act as a technical lead and mentor for the development team (US, UK and Australian team)
• Provide architecture vision, integration and problem solving on an enterprise level
